Returns are welcomed within 30 days of receiving your package.
Free Pickups
Print a free pre-paid return shipment shipping label from your profile.
100% Refund
Refunds are dispatched to the original bank method within 3 days.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your Customer Profile page.
- Navigate to the My Orders submenu tab list.
- Select the item package you want to return and tap the Request Return button.
- Download the pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your package box, and drop it at any local post hub.
Exchange policy
If an item doesn't fit properly, size exchanges are processed immediately. Simply log in, configure the size you need using the AI Fitting verification, and we will reserve the exchange item stock for you.
